As a Project Manager, I was responsible for working with my team to get clients exactly what they wanted for their businesses. I worked predominantly with lifestyle retail brands, event production companies, and trade show exhibitors. The process started with customer service--making sure that we understood our clients needs, and that they understood all we had to offer. I proofed client files to ensure they were print-ready, wrote up estimates and job tickets, as well as communicated with the production team what was needed. The list of PM responsibilities goes on and on, but this outlines the basic day-to-day. Needless to say, I've gained a great deal of knowledge and experience by holding this position and will carry the skills with me onward.

Muir Residence Hall

I was responsible for the hiring and oversight of the Front Desk staff at one of the residence halls on campus. I manage staff expectations, training, scheduling, meetings, and also address any staff concerns. I cooperate with the building's Coordinator of Student Development in providing a safe, culturally inclusive, and welcoming environment for students to live and learn by connecting students to the appropriate resources.

While collaborating with the software development team at MGX Copy, I was responsible for developing an automated imposition workflow for their specific digital print needs by utilizing, troubleshooting, and testing Enfocus Switch and Quite Hot Imposing software.

Using Adobe software--Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobrat Pro--I rebuilt customer files for print and modified graphic designs as necessary or per request. I had the opportunity to work one-on-one with several clients to turn their ideas into fully designed, professionally printed products.
