The Warrior Princess chronicles the life and amateur boxing career of 10-time national champion Violet “The Warrior Princess” Lopez over the course of over four years as she rises from multi-national champion to aspiring youth world boxing champion with hopes to grow the sport of girls and womens boxing.The film was officially released on National Girls and Women in Sports Day on February 7, 2024. It was included in a variety of NGWSD programming and will continue to host screenings and community programming around the film. In 2022, a different version of the film was part of several film festivals and won the Allan H. (Bud) and Suzanne L. Selig Audience Choice Award at the 2022 Milwaukee Film Festival and Best Documentary at the 2022 Women's International Film Festival. A shorter version of the film was featured by the TODAY Show series "The Upside: The Power of Sports" following the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo in August 2021.

As Programming Photographer, I am responsible for photographing all 88Nine events, primarily all 414 Live music sessions and Studio Sessions. During these sessions, featured artists come in for a live studio performance and interview with DJ Ken Sumka and several other 88Nine DJs. It is my responsibility to photograph the session, edit the photos and upload them immediately to the station’s website via WordPress, our Flickr page and any other social media platform 88Nine would like them to be published to.

As the Video Intern at 88Nine, I worked as an assistant producer, camera operator and editor for the video department. My responsibilities also included writing interview content, conducting on-camera interviews, gathering interview subjects during preproduction, first edits of videos and posting our content to social media platforms. Each documentary series we produced revolved around people, issues or interesting happenings in the Milwaukee community. We also produced videos covering different musicians and events around Milwaukee, some of which I camera operated and edited solo.

As the Video & Media Intern for University Relations at UW-Milwaukee, I create marketing and news videos for the university's website and social media sites.
