The most important project I managed was to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP replacing the previous information system based on an AS400 system. The project scope was for all the Group companies, including foreign branches.In February 2010 there was the go-live of the Metalworking Industry Merlo SpaIn July 2010 the go-live of Merlo France SA.I was in charge of managing consultants and suppliers, renovation of the IT organization, of IT Operations, of promoting technological and process innovation.

From May 2005 To May 2009 I was on board on Watts Industries Italia as the IT Manager for Italian and Spanish companies. The companies, I worked for, were Watts Industries Italia in Biassono(MI Italy), Watts Intermes e Watts Londa in Gardolo (TN Italy), Giuliani Anello in Cento (FE Italy), Stern Rubinetti in Mazzano (BS Italy) and Watts Industries Iberica S.A in Barcellona (SPAIN).

From March 2003 to May 2005 I’ve worked in Tenotex S.p.A. in Terno d’Isola (BG) as IT Manager. Tenotex S.p.A, produces NONWOVENS, has three production sites, two in Italy in the province of Bergamo and one in Spain, with more than 240 employees.I was in charge of the Implementation of the ERP system, Microsoft NAVISION, in substitution of the previous AS400 (ACG) system, the development and the management of the Information System as well as the IT infrastructures and consultant and suppliers management, the IT budget settlement, the definition of procedure for the deployment and evaluation of IT service.

Business Analyst in “Industrial Production IT” sector from 1998 up to 1999.From 1999 to 2002 I was in charge of:- DBA for SAP ERP release 4.5B, Oracle 8.0.6 database on a Sun E10000 Unix Solaris 2.6 Operating system.- CRM SAP Administrator on Windows NT.- DBA for all Oracle databases.- Technologic Responsible for projects interfaced with SAPIn 2002, using Internet technologies and SAP/ITS, as Business Analyst in the E-BUSINESS function.
