Freelance Front-End developer in New-Zealand then France for graphic design projects - Brand Identities & Websites.

Scope : Electronic hiking products (Quechua brand) such as camping lights, headlights, torchlights and solar panels.
From lighting product manager use specifications, I define technical solutions by prototyping or sourcing suppliers products then bring products to store through industrialisation, homologation tests according worldwide regulations.

To increase customer satisfaction, I set up before & after sales Service (support website, call center, repair centers) from blank pages for all our electronic products (200 M€ turnover) sold in 1000 stores (Europe & China mainly).
And this starts by :1. Highlighting our customers needs2. Defining our 3-year roadmap & targets3. Until the operational work in collaboration with our Product Managers, Webmarketers & Communication teams such as creating a Support website, managing our support contact Team of 5 people & our repair partners in Europe & China.Annual Figures:- Website traffic (1-million views of user manual, FAQ, videos)- Customer satisfaction from 81% to 90% (1500 email requests).

Based in Singapore, I worked closely with our South-East asian suppliers in order to ensure our lighting projects development (such as camping lights, head lights...).I manage the quality, the human responsibility in production and also the component supply so that our worldwide stores receive enough products quantity manufactured with a good quality level.

In charge of lighting projects, I'm working with several different actors such as designers, packaging engineers, technology engineers, product manager and production side in China so that we develop new innovative products by following the quality, costs and schedule requirements we agreed on.
