As a consultant for Rice Creative on a very special financial project, I provided support and finance knowledge for a project that is still on going.

As the Finance Manager of The Library Project,I provide support to put in place a yearly and monthly financial process and reporting to assist the leading team in their strategic decisions.My main missions were:- Collaboration on the 2016 budget (multi scenario budget)- Creation of cash flow statement- 2015 Financial Analysis of the organization.- Trend analysis of TLP's past 3 years.- Creation of a financial dashboard file for monthly reporting

Member of the Industrial Operation controlling team,Provide support to manage financial and operational performance and the planning process of all North American Sites.My main missions were:- Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Analysis- Manufacturing Reporting and Operational Support- Creation and automation of reporting (VBA)- Creation and analysis of a Key Account database both on Excel and Qlikview- Collaboration on the Internal Risk Management audit, created a new policy regarding fixed assets inventory- Compliance and Audits- Financial Evaluations, responsible for financial analysis of a $2M project. (NPV analysis)

As an Industrial Management controller, i'm in charge of two Business units (Shaping and Finishing).For these BU, my missions were:• Production cost calculation for Hot Metal ($1B budget) & Finishing department ($43M Budget)• Involvement on 2014 budgeting process• Gap analysis (monthly) between actual, forecasted and budgeted results• Creation of a simulation tool for the rolling forecast of steel sheets production cost

Integrated in a team of two collaborators, I was in charge of:- Weekly & Monthly reporting: Dashboards, indicators- Writing procedures, especially the one of the turnover framing- Monthly turnover & expenses cycle closing

As a CFO's Attaché, I helped him through differents tasks:- I followed the company's business transactions- I was involved in the covering of bills (called the custommers & sent emails)- And I wrote the covering procedure.

I worked at the Camp Modin (Belgrade, ME, USA) for a summer job, it was an unforgetable experience.I discovered a new country, a new culture and i met a bunch of people from all over the world.This job gave me the possibility to improve my english level and to learn the teamwork.
