My current role is Manager of Photographic's, Food & Beverage, Pylon Museum & Lookout& Contact Centre. - Direct and manage the service, financial and team member outcomes of the Retail Sales, Pylon, Food & Beverage Departments in line with business goals. - Identify business opportunities to improve service delivery, increase sales and minimise costs - Manage stock take cycles across the departments - Design and monitor workplace practices & procedures used to deliver the BridgeClimb experience - Manage and drive the implementation of new products and events, conduct regular department reviews. - Develop & implement strategies to increase sales per-caps and net profit for the café, merchandise, Pylon and photographics - Identify and action potential new business opportunities and monitor sales budgets/targets for Retail team. - Manage department costs to ensure spending is in line with budgets and provide reports on business activities.
