With over five years of work experience in the health and wellness field, I am passionate about empowering wellness seekers with evidence-based information and guidance. As a Health Promotion Coordinator at Dallas College, I support a diverse community over 80,000 students, across 7 campuses with their health. I leverage my customer service and leadership skills to build rapport, motivate, and inspire students to take action and sustain positive changes. I also use my nutrition science background and CPR/AED certification to provide accurate and safe advice and interventions. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools to enhance my coaching practice and deliver the best possible service to our students.
