Vianni Lubus is the Head of Audience and Engagement and Vice President, Hispanic Division at Guerrero. In this role, Lubus oversees the company’s overarching audience engagement strategy, events vertical, market intelligence and proprietary executive networks.Over the past thirteen years, Lubus has held various marketing and business development leadership positions at Guerrero. Most notably, she was instrumental in launching The Alumni Society and NextGen Collective, a new media platform for emerging Latinx professionals, and most recently, Latinos in Sports as a new hub connecting teams, leagues, media companies and brands with the power of the Latino community. Through her marketing & partnerships efforts, customer acquisition, corporate business development, and cross-functional leadership, she’s helped make Hispanic Executive and The Alumni Society, two of the most influential and trusted platforms for the Latino professional community. Prior to joining Guerrero, Lubus worked at American Family Insurance's headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin. Originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico, she graduated from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, with a double major in International Business and Finance and a minor in French.
