As Co-Director with investment in the HR leg of Splinter Collective, my primary focus is on advancing collective wellness through effective resource allocation. I play a key role in ensuring that the right resources are allocated to projects and teams, enabling them to work efficiently and effectively towards our shared goal of promoting collective wellness.In this role, I work closely with the board president to make sure Splinter’s Handbook aligns with the collective culture. I also touch base with project managers and team leaders to assess resource needs and develop relevant resource plans.I am dedicated to promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment where resources are distributed equitably, ensuring that all team members have the necessary tools and support to contribute to the collective wellness mission. I played a crucial role in optimizing productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction at Lashing Out On Main. As the Business Manager I was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the overall success of the business. This included managing budgets, and reporting trends. I also cultivated and maintained relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiated favorable terms and pricing, and monitored vendor performance. Additionally, I provided guidance and support to the team, set performance goals, and conducted regular evaluations. I developed effective strategies and supported sales efforts. Ensuring exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience were also key aspects of my role.

As a Creative Designer/Social Media Specialist at Bramble, I created visually compelling and engaging content. I was responsible for developing and executing creative concepts for various digital platforms, including social media channels, websites, and email campaigns.In this role, I collaborated closely with the collective/partners to understand their goals and objectives, and translate them into visually appealing designs. I utilized my expertise in graphic design, typography, and color theory to create eye-catching visuals that aligned with the brand's aesthetic.I also managed the company's social media presence, creating and scheduling posts that showcased our products and engaged our audience.Overall, my role as a Creative Designer/Social Media Specialist allowed me to combine my passion for design and social media to create impactful and visually appealing content that helped drive brand awareness and engagement for Bramble.

I supported grassroots collaboration and creative activities that uplifted underrepresented narratives, centering people of color, indigenous peoples, low-income individuals, and LGBTQ+ people. As an apprentice, I served our community by providing herbal education, consultations, and handcrafted remedies that were high quality and accessible to all.
