AYU Sunless is a division of AYU International/AYU LLC and was created in 2003 to continue owner Vibha Makwana's passion and enthusiasm for developing highly effective skin care and cosmetic products that help to nourish the skin and shows the results. Vibha's decision to venture out and create a new division of her company was fueled by her desire to utilize natural and beneficial organic raw materials in her products. Naturally grown ingredients from suppliers in the USA and international distributors are the lifeblood that sustains AYU Sunless. These materials, combined with safe and approved cosmetic ingredients, allow AYU Sunless to create products that are environmentally friendly and safe for the consumer. After receiving client requests for sunless tanning solutions, Vibha set out to research the market. After visiting an indoor tanning expo in 2002, she was surprised to find that the products focused on glamour and empty claims rather than healthy radiant beauty, safe alternatives.
