I led data management and analysis for a randomized evaluation that aimed to reduce the incidence of open defecation among urban slum communities. In addition, I trained other project staff on various data tasks, such as data quality checks, preliminary analysis, and sound data documentation.

I co-led capacity-building initiatives such as creation of a repository of resources and new staff training. I successfully led and managed the organization's first-of-its-kind internship program. I managed the implementation of a randomized evaluation of communal sanitation facilities in Bhubaneswar, India. I designed survey questionnaires, trained staff on survey administration, led data collection, conducted preliminary data cleaning and analysis, and managed relationships with project partners. In addition, I provided strategic insights from the ground to remote-based Principal Investigators, and helped refine research and intervention designs.
