R. Rao (KM-Head) at ONGC, Dehradun, as an intern (for 2 weeks), during May-June 2008. The objective was to establish, effective utilization methods and mechanisms of Knowledge Management practices in the field of Oil Exploration. Learned more about the in-house KM practices and the innovative measures taken to popularize it towards systems maturity. Participated in the interactions with INFOSYS as a part of ONGC team.* Worked closely with the teams at Airtel Money (GGN), TRAI and BSNL (NDLS), in order to understand and learn the design, marketing, the ground level implementation of ITES based services and its regulatory aspects.
