Founded in 2009, Cians Analytics provides research and analytics solutions to global investment teams.As part of the middle-management, I led a 10 member team at Cians where I was responsible for service delivery, billability and client management end-to-end. I played a pivotal role in launching a new Business Unit and actively contributed to firm wide operational decisions including routine SoPs and setting up the campus recruitment program. Incrementally, contributed to articles & whitepapers published in local/national media. The role introduced me to various work streams of equity research and taught the value of narrative to financial models. I worked on site with a client in the sports sector. Below are the key highlights of the role:- Part of a two person risk advisory team to handle risk management for Organizing Committee (OC) of COMMONWEALTH GAMES, 2010- Facilitate the process of risk identification, prioritization of risks and documentation of mitigation plans- Support the Organizing Committee in establishing a robust risk management framework- Liaise extensively with the Functional Area heads of OC.
