-> Xmillion + active line holders- Worked on the LMS (liability Management system) revamp for PP+ transactions by revamping - Transaction flows (debit, repayments, cashback, refunds and cashback) to solve for incorrect replications of transactions across the core, liability and lender systems- Drove the PP+ integration with offline partners to provide EMI facility- Improved the Ola EV offline financing conversion by partnering with multiple offline financers- Led the personal loan GTM strategy for Ola Money- Built the UPI interoperability for Ola Money wallet to comply with RBI PPI Guidelines

- Single-handedly designed, built, and configured the credit policy in the credit rule engine of an auto loan product for Standard Charted Bank in Singapore- Customised LOS for an NBFC that disbursed micro-loans worth INR X per month- Led a cross-functional team (Sole Product Owner) of 14 people from onsite (Vietnam) to implement 2 digital products (Personal Loan and Credit Card) for FE Credit in Vietnam- Vietnam’s first and largest online lending mobile application, $nap (IOS & Android) has 2 million application downloads, 200,000 loan successful disbursals, and 540,000 applications registered in 1.5 years- Managed the implementation of 50+ external and internal API integrations for personal loan and credit card products- Accountable for integration between white label partners and FE Credit ‘Bank-as-a-Service’ model and successfully integrated more than 10 partners such as Zalo, GoBear, Mono, MoneyTap, SmartPay-  Strengthen the fraud performance of the platform to onboard NTB customers.- Involved in Data analysis to control the Risk Performance in an acceptable ratio

- Foundation product team member driving the B2B product’s (Lending suite) loan origination system built on BPMN (low code platform) which increased the product revenue by X% in one year of launch with projected 5-year revenue worth $XM- Conceptualised and designed the flexible, futuristic B2B product that can cater to traditional and new-age loan offerings by Banks and NBFCs- Collaborated with design and engineering team to push the MVP out in 6 months to facilitate early sell and gain early feedback- Productised the Personal loan product to create a parallel revenue stream through digital lending partnerships- Anchored consultative selling with the sales team across multiple pitches and helped them to close global bank as the first customer- Awarded North Star of the Month award (Aug 2019)

Designed and implemented a digital business loan journey for a NBFC- Define and quantify the problem statement and lay out the primary and secondary objectives in the scope document- Do market research, target group study, and create user personas- Develop and validate hypotheses in user research via interviews and surveys- Perform competitive analysis using SWOT, and feature list comparison- Create PRDs, user stories, process flow diagrams, feature lists, and low-fidelity wireframes
