Built the API Business at Monotype from scratch and was responsible for its P&L and Operations. Successfully closed three Enterprise customers during the first year of product launch itself, surpassing our goals. Defined the product and GTM strategy and built a high-performance team for the business.The vision of this business is to use APIs to bring the world’s largest Fonts Library of 150k+ fonts to the canvas of every designer on the planet. We are also developing cutting-edge AI and ML technologies to solve all types of font-related pain points for designers such as font access, contextual discovery, recommendation, experimentation, font pairing, and generative AI. My goal is to make designers' lives 10X easier and help them feel 100X more empowered when it comes to the typeface. And, in doing so, the world becomes a little bit more beautiful with exquisite typography.Regarding Monotype, it is a 136 years old global company. It offers the world’s largest Fonts Library, and an Enterprise SaaS platform to manage & use fonts. It also has the world’s most advanced Font Technology and Font Expertise. Monotype has a solid business and holds the rights to many of the most widely used fonts, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Helvetica, Gotham, and more.

Built a SaaS platform that delivers AI-powered ad creatives, which achieve 60% higher performance. Built a network of 5000+ creators and developed technology to reduce the turnaround time from the industry average of 4 weeks to just 5 days.

Led Tracxn as its Head of Business & Operations from Series A to IPO-Ready stage. Scaled team from 21 to 500 people in just 2 years and set up its business operations from scratch. Made business profitable by reducing production costs by 45%. Led Inside Sales team of 70 people for US, EMEA, and APAC and increased the momentum of new revenue addition by 40%. In October 2022, Tracxn went public and was listed on NSE/BSE.

Launched Mobile Apps Ad Retargeting Business from scratch for the AdTech company. Got its first 10 paid customers. Improved CTRs by 20% and RoI by 25% by implementing data-backed changes to the algorithm. Defined the Product Roadmap and built partnerships with top ad exchanges such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Appnexus. Also developed Industry Solutions for E-commerce and Mobile Gaming industries and delivered multiple products as part of this business. The company was eventually acquired by Affle.

Launched and managed P&L of Fashion Jewellery, the company's first fashion category. Scaled the category to feature 50+ brands & 5000+ designs, contributing 15% of revenue & 25% of profit within 1st year. Built it the most profitable category for company’s unit economics by maintaining 55% profit margins.Part of the Core Leadership Team of the beauty & fashion e-commerce startup, which was later acquired by Fashion and You.

Single-handedly coded a cutting-edge software simulator from scratch for TI's next-gen audio miniDSP chips.
