At Miimansa we are building the data management fabric that will enable faster, cheaper and more inclusive clinical research. My work in recent years focussed on building a data pipeline for improving patient safety in clinical trials on CAR T-cell and T cell redirecting agents. My team produced predictive models for CRS and ICANS episodes in clinical trials using sequence modeling techniques for noisy, multivariate SDTM/ADaM data.I am also passionate about impacting public health outcomes by taking advantage of data that people generate as they go through their lives. A key focus of my doctoral work has been the development of machine learning algorithms that recapitulate relationships between health outcomes and routinely generated data such as web search logs, free-living activity and sleep-wake intervals. My previous work in speech research and development led me to start a company and create Vaachak – the first production grade speech synthesis engine for Indian languages. What sets my experience apart is that I have worked on a spectrum of methods spanning machine learning, applied statistics as well as causal inference techniques applied to clinical trials as well as real-world data. I bring to a team the capability to rapidly assimilate novel ideas and synthesize concepts across seemingly disparate domains.
