As Project Consultant my role is to Coordinate Fisheries Program in 3 Districts of Kolhan Region of Jharkhand. My profile includes, program implementation, monitoring of field staffs, management of database, stakeholders & to develop market networks. I am also responsible for creating Farmer Producer Organisation (FPO). • Fish productivity increased from 35 kg to 108 kg in per farmer’s pond of 0.23 Acre • Reached out to 3,000 beneficiaries from 370 beneficiaries.• Each and every block under my control was closely supervised and improvised.• Created a marketing platform for the farmers• Created 4 Women’s SHG for fish feed making at block level.• Was awarded as the Best Performer for both the years of association* Significantly increased interest of the team members in augmentation with farmers.• I was asked to provide & review training for peer staff.
