I am responsible for CCC sales and Accounts Management. A brief about CCC is giving below.Compressor Controls Corporation USA (CCC): Global leader in Control Systems specialized in Turbomachinery and Compressor controls. The first Control System company approved by Aramco and had install base of 85% of Aramco & Sabic cites. Key Responsibilities for Project Sales Identify customer requirements via phone calls, customer visits, emails etc. Demonstration and explain CCC`s benefits. Work along with CCC engineers to convince customer about the quality, price, necessity of field services, trainings and after sales support. Conduct Project survey, Site survey, Estimation of Hardware cost, Software cost, Integration cost, Engineering cost, 3rd party cost, In-House Services & Site services. Preparation of budgetary proposals and work with end user to budget it and convert into formal RFQ. Identify sales gaps in Sales process that’s needs to be filled. Follow the formalities instructed by customer and submit Priced, Un-priced and Technical proposal. Negotiation and close the deal. Kick-off meetings. Project monitoring / review from time to time which includes monitoring of various ID process and timely renewal, various deliveries, Field Engineer site mobilization & de-mobilization, Approval formalities of Time sheets, submission of milestone invoices and its approval formalities. Maintaining Sales pipeline and reporting to management.Key Responsibilities for After Market Sales and Field Services Regular contact with end users and Identify Spare part`s opportunities. Convincing customer via calls & meetings, RFQ processing, negotiation cycle and convert into PO. Handling and processing of running customer RFQs and POs. Coordinating various Contract Agreements with Aramco, Sabic and other Petrochemical plants. At present, I am handling one (1) PMP contract of Aramco, Two (2) spare parts agreements of Aramco, One (1) GSA of Aramco, Three (3) Sabic Service contracts and Two (2) Service / Parts contracts with private petrochemical companies. Coordinating RMA process. Maintaining Sales pipeline and reporting to management.
