Accountant

• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies• Create and update expense reports.• Process reimbursement forms• Prepare bank deposits • Enter financial transactions in to internal database • Maintain digital and physical financial reports• Review and payroll documents • Participate in in quarterly and annual audits • To keep minutes of all meetings of the managing committee.• To manage the properties and the funds of the board.• To keep in custody all records of the managing committee.• To conduct official correspondence on behalf of the managing committee
