- At Josef Seibel, I was actively involved in the Ecommerce side of the business. - My responsibilities included processing online orders and completing returns. As well as gaining insights into how the company sustains positive customer relations through the customer service team. - In addition to the previous duties, I was responsible for working remotely at several Costco locations across the UK. Here, I performed shutdowns of Josef Seibel events, which involved the completion of numerous stocktakes.- These operations required maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders, including customers, floor staff, warehouse operatives, and HGV drivers, to ensure a smooth and successful transition.- This role provided me with a comprehensive understanding of both in-store and online retail operations.
