Victor is a Digital Leader who advises on all Digital Engineering related matters for the business. He directs the development, deployment and implementation of Digital Delivery technologies, alongside championing Information Management best practise, to facilitate better informed decision making and collaboration across project teams, key stakeholders and delivery partners.

Victor drives digital efficiency in the business by managing the development, deployment and implementation of Digital Delivery technologies and champions Information Management best practise, facilitating better informed decision making and collaboration across project teams, key stakeholders and delivery partners.He assists in the standardisation and automation of Digital Delivery processes and provides training to enable greater understanding of Digital Delivery methods within the company’s various business streams.He manages a Digital Technical team within the Water & Environment sector and also chairs Digital Delivery best practise meetings within the wider business, enabling greater collaboration and teamwork.He is a Digital leader on the Operational playing field, coordinating with Senior Management and the parent company RSBG UK's IT and Digital teams, to help achieve Pell Frischmann's Digital transformation strategies.He governs Pell Frischmann compliance with UK Government BIM Standards, Client BIM Standards, Company BIM Standards, Project EIR's and BEP's, plus he is also a competent user of various Digital Delivery tools that aid his work, such as Autodesk products like Infraworks, Civil3D, Revit, Dynamo, Plant3D, Navisworks, ReCap, AutoCAD, Design Review and Autodesk Construction Cloud plus Bentley products MX V8i and ProjectWise, along with Innovyze Microdrainage and Microsoft Office 365 Applications.

Victor is an experienced BIM Lead, who drives digital efficiency in Pell Frischmann by managing the development and implementation of Digital Delivery Tools and Technologies to improve the companies digital workflows, and is a recognised point of contact for any BIM related queries, in particular within Building Structures, Transportation, Water, Energy and Environmental sectors.He helps govern Pell Frischmann compliance with UK Government BIM Standards, Client BIM Standards, Company BIM Standards, Project EIR's and BEP's, plus he is also a competent user of various engineering software tools that aid his work. These include Autodesk products such as Infraworks, Civil3D, Revit, Plant3D, Navisworks and AutoCAD, plus Bentley products MX V8i and ProjectWise, along with Microdrainage Windes and Microsoft Office 365 Applications.He manages a skilled CAD & BIM team who successfully work across all disciplines within Pell Frischmann, and he supports the companies Digital & IT ambitions on a variety of key initiatives, implementing automated and innovative solutions to create efficiencies in traditional workflows.

Recent Experience with Jacobs.Victor has been working for numerous clients on a number of varied projects recently including:Jacobs Global Transformation Project – Jacobs Standard WorkflowsHe accepted Project Management duties to help develop the Jacobs Standard Workflows for multiple Buildings, Infrastructure and Advanced Facilities sectors as part of Jacobs Global Transformation Project. Highways England – Oxford to Cambridge ExpresswayHe undertook the role of the Jacobs Project Information Manager.Devon County Council – North Devon Link Road Improvement Scheme.He helped Devon County Council’s Engineering Design Group to develop their BIM Design model for the project involving improvement works to about 7 miles of Carriageway.EDF Energy - Nuclear New Build Project.He was the Jacobs BIM Coordinator for the Hinkley C-Enabling Works-Roads & Networks Design Phase 0.2 contract. Environment Agency – WEM Framework.He developed the initial Pre-Contract BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for the project in line with the EA’s Employer Information Requirements.
