(technology center deputy director) -Served as vice president of Founder PCB Research Institute and Founder PCB technical group deputy head; designated Founder PCB technology line and important project project development

Technology Research department         Senior engineer     -In charge of IBM Rigid-flex project plan, develop, process design and input,output CP& FMEA-Abnormal problem handling, improving process parameters of Rigid-flex-Evaluate the flex material evaluation, trial run and mass production.-Establish new production line SOP, control plan, design guideline.-Handle the flex & rigid-flex projects’ inner layer process and plating process optimization, and trouble shooting.
