Working with mixed nationality and understanding their frustrations is so rewarding I real like the operators I treat them with respect and they do the same to me. I love the hands on work and everyday there is a new challenge. I try and focus on my shift as not to be drawn into disappointment at times. I Am a very honest person and tend to let my work do the talking. Manufacturing replacement parts on machines that are improvement on the oem parts. Ability to troubleshoot the pneumatic hydraulic and electrical and plc problems can read electrical schematic and also fault finding. Working hard on implementation of routine service checks and preventative maintenance platform.
