As a Safety leader, I have developed training materials and Instructed how to improve on methods & systems in a manufacturing environment. A work place that uses visual controls can reduce the chance for miscommunication among employees and supervisors alike.MOTION OBSERVATION TRAINING - (Trainer) This training helps the Team leader/Group leader improve their observation skills (critical eye), to clearly identify motions that affect Safety, Quality, and Productivity. Video recording of the work process is utilized to take a closer look in identifying discrepancies that are often over looked while observing a job or task.
