Vic Cautereels is designer and promotor of design- and brandsolutions. He has his own designstudio, designfixion, and is active as design management consultant. His design management experience is gained both from within global corporate organisations and from the design business side. He provides productdesign realisations and management advice for the design and development of consumer products and implementation of design management & development processes. He is a strong believer of People centered Design methods for and within the strategic context of companies and organisations.He has developed an international carrier in the housewares Industry as Global Vice President Design at deSter, worldwide provider of catering solutions to the airline industry, and as corporate design manager at Tupperware in the European headquarter as Director Design EMEA. During his carrier he obtained several design awards, of which more than ten red dot awards and numerous recognitions in all continents of the globe.
