Private Equity Analyst
CurrentI focus on the financial analysis and valuation of potential acquisitions within the highly fragmented tree service industry. My role involves building detailed financial models, evaluating EBITDA multiples, and assessing the scalability and operational efficiency of target businesses to align with VerdeVista’s disciplined M&A strategy.Given the boutique nature of our team, I also collaborate closely with other groups, such as the Research Team (to identify acquisition opportunities) and the Outreach Team (to gather critical operational and cultural insights from prospective sellers). This cross-functional exposure allows me to contribute beyond traditional financial analysis, ensuring each acquisition fits strategically into VerdeVista’s portfolio.My work not only supports VerdeVista’s goals of operational centralization and economies of scale but also emphasizes understanding cultural alignment and mitigating risks during the integration phase. By actively participating in due diligence and leveraging a solutions-focused mindset, I aim to drive value creation across every stage of the acquisition process.This role has honed my ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and contribute meaningfully to a fast-paced, growth-oriented private equity environment.
