My position with Michigan Medicine allows me to do a variety of things. I primarily focus mostly on recruiting and I also have the opportunity to improve internal processes, develop talent, and build a network from the ground up. I believe work ethic is a talent and there is a smart way to work hard that is far more important than the amount of hours you are in the office a day. Passion, accountability, patience, determination, loyalty and focus are all characteristics that have enabled me to achieve success inside and outside of the office.I am proud to represent a great University that allows me to assist with employees landing a career they too can be proud of. Our team has partnered with leaders who value culture and invite employees to be proud of their differences. While there is no perfect answer for company culture there is a right way and wrong way to attract potential candidates, especially today's talent. Each day I put forth my best effort so I can look at my work and be proud. I feel as though all employees should feel the same way!Fun facts about me: Proud Lions fan and not ashamed to be. I grew up in a small village in Michigan, love camping, and country music. I am the son of a factory worker and restaurant owner who will be celebrating 50 years of marriage. My personal mantra is "nothing changes, if nothing changes".
