He is a researcher and telecom engineer from Polytechnics University of Madrid and Ph. D. in Electronics "Cum Laude" from Alcala University. He has developed his professional career in the R&D field into private companies (Telefonica R&D), public companies (INTA) and academic (Alcala University). Before his Thesis - allowing the improvement of efficiency in ultrasonics and communications - he founded the R&D technology based company GCM Communications Technology with the goal of maturing a technology developed during it. At GCM he has been President of the Board, CEO & Head of R&D, meanwhile maintaining his Ph. D. Associated Lecturer position in the Electronics Department at Alcalá University until 2011.He has published several research papers and is author of more than fifteen patents issued and applied around the world, specially in USA, Europe, China, India and Japan.At @PaybyCall he is currently working as product manager and CTO for the design, implementation and commercialization of secure PCIDSS compliant telephone payment applications to provide it to call centers and SME companies that need an affordable system for their telephone transactions without the need of an expensive and long process to comply with PCIDSS.
