As production and application manager, I had an important role building a business monitoring plan, mapping all production components, including servers, database, applications, online services to automobile product and batch processes to issue, print and upload certificates in a policy administration process, as well as, the refactoring and tuning of these processes to guarantee business continuity. I restructured and integrated business and IT teams segmenting by business platforms like BPO, Pharmaceutical, Electronic Authorizers and Billing, reducing IT operational costs and increasing efficiency and deliverables.With an active participation on project office, I led, designed and implemented Bradesco BPO platform, a B2C insurer platform to open a claim, upload documentation and extract policy information to support call center on BPO process, which reduced significantly operational costs more than 85%.Using ITIL and SCRUM, I built a new incident management process, defining priority standards, reporting accordingly, creating visibility to business and generating root cause analysis of BAU incidents.
