Solid experience in engineering project management with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of maintenance and multidisciplinary industrial projects. I am currently a Project Manager in a multinational company that produces Special Fertilizers. I am responsible for the corporate management of industrial projects (CAPEX) of 8 units in Brazil. I am responsible for the direct leadership of a multidisciplinary engineering and works team (electrical, instrumentation, automation, mechanics, piping, metallic structures, civil and architecture) composed of 38 people (designers, designers, analysts, engineers, supervisors and coordinators) and one indirect team of up to 200 people, variable according to the volume of works in progress, focused on ensuring scope, deadline, cost, quality and safety in project implementation. I perform the function of managing hiring, promotion and career plans, disseminating and sustaining the organizational culture, promoting personal and professional development through coaching, promoting the motivation and engagement of these people.
