• Supervise and manage large primary care practice with an 8,000 patient base• Have brought practice back into compliance with multiple entities as well as becoming profitable for the first time in over two years• Manage all staffing. Staff consists of physician, mid-levels, medical assistants, sonographers, phlebotomists, occupational therapists, billers and administrative personal. Currently employ 20 salary/hourly staff and 5 independent contractors• Have assisted in converting from a non-functional EHR to entirely new system (DrChrono), to include e-prescribing, billing and Meaningful Use• Administer all business systems including all accounting functions with multiple vendors via Quickbooks online, bank reconciliations, payroll• Responsible for implementation and updates of all policy and procedure• Maintain eligibilities with various entities to include CAQH, SoonerCare and all licensing boards (principal clinician is multi board certified and is licensed in 3 states)
