I am a music and audio production professional with over thirty years of experience in creating award-winning soundtracks for advertising, film, TV, radio and digital content. Originally starting out in a purely creative role as a composer and audio producer, I am today responsible for overseeing operations as well as handling strategy, client relations and new business development as the CEO for Hit Productions Inc., the Philippines’ most awarded audio production house. Under my supervision, Hit Productions has produced work resulting in multiple advertising and film wins at Cannes, Adfest, Spikes, and LIA. We have received the 4As Award for Audio Production House of the Year, not just once, twice, or even thrice…but twenty one times. I have guided the company into developing its product line beyond sound for brands, and into other services such as audio post production for feature films, as well as translation and dubbing of foreign language content for global media companies. I have spoken about sound and music to students at various schools including De La Salle University and Ateneo de Manila, and have been a judge at the Agency of the Year, the Kidlat, and the Boomerang awards shows. I have also conducted a workshop on 3D audio and ambisonics for virtual reality alongside VR production company I Am CardboardPH at the 2019 Adfest in Pattaya, Thailand. I was also a featured speaker discussing the state of sound and technology at the 2019 Adobo Festival of Ideas at Resorts World Manila.I currently serve on the Board as Marketing and Communications Chair for the Philippine chapter of EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization), which has over 18,000 members across 80+ countries.Formerly the Reviews Editor at technology and news website Technoodling, I am also passionate about digital culture, computers and electronics, and well as figuring out ways to integrate the latest shiny tech into my daily life.
