I’m the person who is fully responsible for whole companies group marketing and communication activities (including - Staticus Sverige AB in Sweden, Staticus Norge AS in Norway and Staticus UK Ltd. in UK). Main responsibilities:Markets analysis, marketing strategy planning, budget and control;Participation in sales strategy planning, sales procedures development;CRM system development and administration;Participation in corporate strategy planning process;External and internal communication management;Advertising campaigns execution and organization of exhibitions;Company representation for clients at various types of events;Consulting and negotiation with the clients, suppliers and partners;Development and administration of all company websites, a lot of different types of presentations, brochures and etc.;Management of all other accessories related to the company corporate identity.

Preparation of contracts appendixes and tuning of them. Introduction of projects technical solutions and costs to project teams. Creation and development of estimates and comercials offers prepareing program. Ordering of matterials. Creating new systems or modifying the existing. Taking part at negotations. Training of new employers.
