I am currently a Document Control Specialist 1 in Titles at Regional Acceptance Corporation. I update and main our customers information and title information in our multiple database systems. I call Dealerships and DMV to track down missing Titles. I help customers with their title questions and concerns. I work closely with my teammates, clients, and customers to ensure fast friendly service and the highest quality customer care. My duties with RAC are many and varied. Before RAC I was the Administrative Assistant at the Humane Society of Eastern Caroline. I handled all of our customer relations in person, over the phone and via email. I reviewed Adoption Applications and preformed all adoptions. I explained contracts and medical records with our clients. I graduated with an associate degree of applied science in accounting. As a student of Martin Community College, I possess the foundation and skills needed to excel in the administrative career field. I have experience working with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. I have enthusiasm, and a thirst for knowledge. When I ran for Student Government Association President, I had never led anything before. I hit the ground running and was able to rebuild a long dormant Association at Martin Community College. As president I lead meetings and events. I managed the other members and kept all the books. As a team we put on many events and hosted several volunteer blood drives with the Red Cross. I have gained and I am still gaining experience in the workplace. I also have a great deal of experience in volunteer and unpaid leadership positions.
