• Part of a 6 person survey team working on a 4,200 acre master-planned community, called Tehaleh, near Bonney Lake, WA. Our services range from topographic survey of land, setting clearing limits, construction staking including curbs, sewer, water line and meters, storm, and other utilities, and performing asbuilts. • Set up survey equipment including Trimble Robotic Total Station and data collector, Trimble R9 GPS and Rover, target and tripods. • Assist in construction staking including operating data collector, note taking, hammering hubs, and writing laths. • Assist in topographic surveys including operating the instrument, data collector and rod, as well as maintaining communication with the party chief. • Set control points, plat monuments and property corners.• Adjust and calibrate tribrachs, tripods and rods as needed.• Maintain, calibrate and have a working knowledge of the following survey equipment: data collectors, total station (full robotic and manual modes), GPS ( RTK), and digital and auto levels.• Compile and organize a variety of field data as well as keep clean, legible field notes for the performance of the following field surveys: cadastral, geodetic control, horizontal control and vertical control, construction and asbuilts.
