Venue Press Manager for the basket-ball competition, first held at the Cairns Convention Centre (preliminaries) then on the Gold Coast (finals). In charge of fine-tuning the operational planning then delivering all press / media-related services on site, while acting as venue spokesperson for the venue as per the organizing committee's line of communication and leading a team of volunteers. This followed a successful contribution to the previous Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, in 2014. Gold Coast 2018 marked the much-anticipated return of basket-ball to the Commonwealth Games after its final appearance in Melbourne in 2006.

In charge of the operational planning and implementation of all services offered to the media during the Euro2016 Football competition. Core team member at one of the competition's busiest stadia. Under my responsibilty were all the key areas of media operations at an international sporting event : venue media centre, media tribune, all photographer positions, press conference room, mixed zone, as well as daily communication with the media. Greenlighting of all technical and logistical decisions related to media infrastructure.Management of a team of 60 paid staff and volunteers.Site visits for Euro2020, FIFA 2018 and 2022 football tournaments, Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
