Joe also held leadership positions in control centers for medium and small regional airlines. Joe is a general aviation enthusiast who is a Certified Flight Instructor holding Instrument Pilot and Multi-Engine ratings. Passionate about teaching and personal development, Joe has served the FAA as a Designated Examiner for Aircraft Dispatchers since 1995. He has overseen the development of training, standards and QA/QC processes. Additionally, Joe develops, encourages and participates in formal and informal information sharing forums amongst industry peers.
