Responsible for the end-to-end reporting environment, including the full delivery lifecycle of solutions to both internal and external stakeholders; Engagement with senior stakeholders in the definition and capture of business requirements; Ownership of solution architecture and design, organisational and business process re-design to enable full benefits realisation; My main activities included: Development and ownership of the Enterprise Data Model, Information Management strategy and data architecture strategy; Translation of business requirements into a strategic BI roadmap and management of the resulting platform migration, including the management of 3rd Party resources in an on-site/off-shore model; Project Management for all BI components within the project portfolio (typically 3 strategic and 6 tactical projects in parallel); Management of the BI/DW workstream for the systems replacement programme into the Specialised Operations business, including the selection and commercial management of 3rd Party specialists, maintenance of project plans, allocation of internal and 3rd Party resources, submission of regular status updates and communication of progress at Programme Board;

Responsible for the successful adoption and delivery of technology solutions into the business' Reporting, Security and Compliance departments, within the context of an Oracle/Siebel Programme; Ownership of the relationship between programme and business units through requirements analysis and system design phases, including scope control and management of change requests; Additional responsibility for delivery of the overall reporting solution (both applications and reporting suites); Championed the enterprise BI strategy and business design to meet both operational and management reporting demands across Retail and Direct business units; Delivered a solution architecture and technology platform to support future expansion of the strategic data-warehouse;

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's core reporting and MI systems, delivering near-real time MI to all employees, across 350+ retail outlets; Management of the MIS development team; Responsible for the growth in the applications useability and data footprint;

Responsible for the end-to-end management, design and delivery of BI solutions, including requirements scoping, specification, build, deployment, training and adoption; Developed expertise across multiple BI applications (Cognos, IQ Objects, CorVu, Applix TM1); Provided support to sales and marketing campaigns; Central in the growth of the BI Team into a significant part of the Professional Services revenue stream;My solutions enabled clients to: Target and leverage sales revenues; Formulate marketing strategies and identify opportunities; Reduce distribution and manufacturing costs; Develop new marketing channels; Increase operational efficiency across multiple sites; Automate manual routines and activities;
