Responsibilities• Helpdesk Support member, working in a small team (3 - 5 members) advising exam graders for NAPLAN and VCE remotely and locally. • Dealing with various issues for OSX and Windows users including Java compatibility, network connectivity, remote access and other technical barriers. As well as testing custom software to be used by exam graders. Accomplishments• Successfully troubleshooted issues based on client description and assisted them in fixing their issues. In cases where guidance couldn’t be achieved over the phone, screen sharing capabilities were used.• Allowed exam graders to complete their grading and thus meeting our required milestones of having all exams graded for that semester/year, This was achieved each semester I was a part of the team.• Due to my experience from prior years of work, I was tasked with training new support staff in the logging software as well as how to deal with common issues that would occur.
