• Analyze and understand the the requirements like Project managers, Software engineers, Developers,etc• Post the requirements in job portals like dice,monster and corp-corp and also in various free online job boards in order to get the best resources.• Fetching the resumes from the job portals like dice,monster and corp-corp.• Speak to the consultants/employers regarding their technical skills, interest, availability• Negotiating the salary with candidates or third parties and getting the rate confirmation from them through mail.• Responsible for submitting the resumes to internal managers.• Informing the consultants regarding the interview schedule.• Responsible for keeping rapo with consultants till they are placed.
