I am a qualified Middle School teacher. I currently teach HASS from Year 7 to 10, including Advanced P&L and History to Year 10. I also teach Year 7 English. In the past I have taught Maths to Year 9, and Religious Education from Year 7 to 12. I have also team-taught Integrated Studies, combining literacy and numeracy skills in the study of History and Science.I have previously provided leadership as Head of Religious Education. I have completed a Master of Education, during which I received commendations for my excellent academic results.I have a diverse employment background that has provided me with a unique set of insights and skills. As a physiotherapist I worked in Perth's public hospitals and also had the privilege of working as a volunteer (AVA) in Botswana. Whilst working in health management and quality improvement in a large residential care facility, I had the opportunity to participate in extensive management development myself and to be part of the Quality Improvement team leading sweeping changes in service provision.
