Logistics Management and Warehouse Management •Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic and international freight to meet production requirements•Negotiate freight rates and services to ensure a continually competitive logistics cost and service•Analyze data, costs and service to provide optimized logistics solutions•Implement logistics improvement initiatives, including systems, best practice safety and cost optimization •Establish warehouse inbound receipt, storage and outbound shipping standard operation procedures•Warehouse contracts renew, annual quotation review, define SOW, KPI and quarterly QBR•Ensure 3rd party logistics providers compliance with company policies and procedures and meet service level agreement•Manage operational relationship with 3rd party logistics companies, freight forwarders, warehouse providersRisk Management•Develop risk management and loss prevention programs to ensure the security of materials transit/storage•Implement yearly STP insurance program to ensure the coverage for all goods in transit and storage globally•Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports/exports and customs issues
