Successful record in Business Banking Operations and Risk with M&T Bank.Daily activities include working in a liaison capacity, fully remote, to Business Banking Relationship Managers "RM's", ensuring they successfully achieve their goals. Supported 5 RM's and 26 branches in Central/Western/Northern Pennsylvania with RM's located in Altoona, PA, Buffalo, NY, Harrisburg, PA, and Texas. Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with RM's, discussing pipeline, upcoming loan closings, exceptions, BSA/AML compliance, mature loan renewals, annual reviews, financial covenants and send out detailed recap of meeting. Work closely with internal document preparation team to obtain due diligence (Property and Judgment reports, flood certifications, UCC searches) and loan documents. Order appraisals and environmentals when necessary. Engage external Counsel and settlement companies on real estate loan closings. Review documentation provided by all parties for accuracy. Fund all loan closings utilizing multiple systems including TES, retail branches (Official Checks) and wire funds as indicated. Complete KYC (Know Your Customer). Adhere to credit policy, procedures and other Regulations. Perform quality control for teammates to review loan packages and funding. Subject Matter Expert "SME" with Salesforce nCino platform. Continue to train and coach teammates on nCino. Participate in pilots, test and learn's and MVP's as necessary. Ability to learn quickly. Ability to adapt, pivot and adopt new processes and procedures efficiently.
