Responsible for planning and procuring a variety of technical and general inventory materials to support the Master Plan for finished goods as well as for the lower level finishes in accordance with corporate inventory policies and procedures. Track all open orders and receipts, expedite as necessary, and communicate daily with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Warehouse personnel to ensure timely availability of product. Develop weekly/monthly-manufacturing schedules. Direct and manage the timely, efficient and cost effective use of inventories to minimize obsolescence and tailings to meet corporate goals. Interface with Sales/Marketing regarding new products, allocation problems, backorder problems, production and excess inventory issues. Prepare risk analysis for new production or significant changes in demand. Review MRP and process Purchase Orders for assigned products in support of corporate inventory plan.

Responsible for order processing, inventory management, planning and purchasing for Organon Teknika Canada, in addition to the order processing and inventory management for Organon Teknika Japan. Coordinate the export/import activities to ensure proper documentation and communication for international shipments. Submit weekly and monthly programs to update the forecast system. Revise the international forecast as needed to optimize customer service.

Ensured the complete and effective flow of complaints through the complaint system. Reviewed, tracked and analyzed complaints. Evaluated complaint for trends. Coordinated and complied with Medical Device Reporting System. Provided management with quality status reports. Ensured company compliance with Food and Drug Administration bodies. Initiated product investigations. Coordinated product removal and corrections. Composed Standard Operating Procedures and Departmental Procedures. Conducted QSR/GMP, MDR and ISO training for all internal associates.
