- Capitalize on the opportunity to lead results-generating support for the Clinical Operations Leadership Team, while handling a diverse range of administrative project and support activities for the Clinical Operations Department- Provide back-up support to the Vice President, Clinical Operations- Coordinate and manage Clinical Operations Department Meetings, presentations, trainings, conferences, onsite and off-site events virtual events, team building event planning, arrange travel, prepare expense reports, prepare RFPs and contract data sheets - Develop and manage detailed organizational charts in Visio- CRO Joint Operating Committees – distribute, compile comments, and upload vendor scorecard slides, meeting minutes, governance charters, route documents required for signature in DocuSign, enter JOC meeting dates in the Vendor Oversight Management workspace, work with CROs staff to schedule meetings Clinical Operations Knowledge Manager in SharePoint Content Center and Livelink  Manage the Clinical Operations web page in SharePoint Preparation/distribution of Weekly Study Dashboards in BOARD Prepare/distribution of Clinical Operations Monthly Study Responsibility Roster Preparation/distribution of Weekly Contract and Budget Updates for BMN 307 in BOARD Support all Clinical Operations study teams including logistics such as scheduling Zoom calls for Face to Face, Pre-KOM, and Kick off Meetings, and other project-related tasks Review of regulatory submission documents for Savvi Data Enrichment Program Assist in onboarding and offboarding full time and contractor staff - Provide emails with useful links on BioWeb, request seating for cubes and offices Develop and manage Clinical Operations FTE and Contractor Outlook email distribution lists Train and mentor administrative team members Research and gather information for process and project work, including analyzing and summarizing key results
