I am an experienced tax director with genuine operational and commercial expertise and a record for success. I deliver results via diligence and communication, pragmatism and collaboration. I have excellent first-hand experience of managing change within a tax environment. During my career I have successfully driven a number of major initiatives, including post-merger integrations, business and digital transformation programmes, divestments and technology implementations. More recently I have developed, and currently lead, an Ofsted compliant Tax Apprenticeship programme within Tolley.I have an excellent understanding of the tax market and the current commercial issues facing professional firms, as well as experience in current practices and processes adopted to manage risk and properly utilise tax knowledge and resource within a business.I spent much of my early career providing advisory services to corporate clients, including 15 years with KPMG where I managed a portfolio of leading multinationals and ran a highly successful transfer pricing team.
