Provide customer reports on past due orders and production delays. Monthly billing on cross members , reports, and initiate credits requests for pricing errors and shipping errors. Manage customer portals for change requests for ship dates on orders and price changes. Request verification of on hand inventory when needed. Request prints and PVR from the customer for Estimating group to provide quotes. Heavy email and phone communication. Provide the Engineers a report on revision levels by part to ensure we are aligned with the revision on customer orders. Show less
