I work in the Organisational Development Team at Nuclear Restoration Services as Skills Strategy Lead. I am a qualified Executive Coach accredited by the University of the West of England and the Institute of Leadership Management.I am one of the Founders Destination Nuclear, the first ever national cross-sector recruitment campaign for nuclear.I joined the nuclear industry in nuclear generation, working at Hinkley Point B before becoming one of the first 30 people employed on the nuclear construction project at Hinkley Point C in 2009. During the early planning stages of the first nuclear power station in a generation, I worked on communicating nuclear planning and consultation information in an easily digestible format and on education, understanding and perceptions of nuclear power.I gained my diploma in Public Relations in 2016. In 2018 I developed my workshop ‘How Diversity and Inclusion Contributes to a Healthy Nuclear Safety Culture’ which has been delivered to organisations across the sector. In 2020 I took my advocacy skills to the United Nations 26th Conference of the Parties on Climate Change (COP26) as part of the team responsible for the largest pro-nuclear gathering at a COP and I wrote a song "We Need Net Zero" and organised a flashmob dance in the centre of Glasgow.I am a qualified Executive Coach accredited by the University of the West of England and the Institute of Leadership Management.
