• Creating interactive and engaging sales proposals for clients to put their business above the rest through captivating contests and digital presence• Collaborate with sales and programming to create dynamic revenue generating promotional ideas and concepts• Assist with writing client promotional spots to advertise their business to the masses• Oversee and execute client and programming contesting initiatives through on-air, social and digital properties• Work closely with Account Managers to create value added promotional concepts for clients• Graphically design client advertisements and radio station design elements using Photoshop and Canva• Responsible for developing, writing and presenting promotional concepts to meet client and radio station needs• Build and maintain key clients, customers and charity donors. Established many lasting partnerships through cultivating great relationships and client engagement.• Creating engaging newsletters to over 30,000 subscribers.• Brainstorm and create dynamic social posts to over 300,000 social media fans• Produce compelling and interactive video content on multiple social platforms

Primarily responsible for handling Digital sales, design and social content creation as well as station promotional concepts in our radio department. Working in both the Kitchener and Guelph markets, my responsibilities daily are new and ever-changing, but I excel at the digital side of the business and work with all departments creating dynamic promotional ideas for clients as well as radio station initiatives.
