I completed outcomes on court files. As a Sheriff’s Officer I worked in the court room with Magistrates, Judges and Prosecutors. I did prisoner transfers from court to the cells and worked with G4S and prisoner institutions. At Sapol I worked in prosecution and prepared police files, data entry and information management. Sentencing and destruction of files. Customer service and liaising with external government and non government agencies as well as Solicitors and general public.At Council I am training staff with council EDRMS,Assisting staff with email management and it issues.Have assisted other councils with information management practices and processes Preparation of reports, procedures and policies. Currently doing a project for a new ashes interment area for RPC. I am the RPC Cemetery Officer and have been uploading grave inspections to SkyTrust. Am on the board of LGITSA. I am currently on the panel at State Records for the GDS33 update. I have completed the national AIMS course and am undertaking a Diploma for information management and business studies.
